Resumo
With over 8 years of solid experience, I am a specialist in agricultural development focused on capacity building, food systems, markets, seeds, SMEs, extension, and research. My journey is marked by accomplishments in securing and managing funds both in nonprofit organizations and the private sector. In the past 5 years, my focus has been on financing and developing agricultural and non-agricultural projects in rural areas of the central region of Mozambique. I embarked on this journey with 3 years of field and operational coordination in various programs across the central region of the country. As time progressed, I transitioned into roles as a program manager and a specialist in sustainable economic development projects. My passion lies in empowering Inclusive Businesses to integrate local communities into agricultural value chains, promoting financial inclusion, integrating productive and input systems, and implementing climate-aligned agricultural practices that drive sustainable development. My versatility across both nonprofit and for-profit realms equips me to navigate this intersection successfully. With comprehensive expertise spanning more than 9 years in financial management (5 years), funds management (7 years), and project management (8 years) in Private Sector Development and sustainable development project implementation, I am always seeking new challenges. My dedication is focused on the development of food systems, markets, financial inclusion, promotion of inclusive businesses, advising and training SMEs in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors, as well as project management, administration, and responsible finance. I am fluent in both English and Portuguese.
