Resumo
I am an enthusiastic professional with more than 10 years’ experience in multidisciplinary programs (food safety/quality, Food regulatory standards, occupational safety, food security, and nutrition) in the context of developing countries. I have strong interest in programs that guarantee the safety and nutrition of processed foods in small to medium food manufacturing companies, small scale rural food production, post-harvest technologies for sustainable development and poverty reduction strategies in communities.
