Key Experiences: Experience in teaching, writing instructional materials in Formal Education, family life education (primary and secondary school) for teachers and students. Great involvement in: - Advisory services to national NGO's in issues related to Local curriculum, girls retention, water and sanitation in schools, school councils, Child's Rights in school setting, etc.; - Administration and Management of personnel, programmes and Projects; - Curriculum Design centered in students, environmental education, gender, school health, HIV/AIDS, Child Rights in school, family life education and life skills issues for primary and secondary schools; - Design and Coordination of training courses, workshops etc... in issues related to environmental education, gender, health, HIV/AIDS, family life education and life skills; -Curriculum development (Design,Implementation & Evaluation) for primary and secondary school level at INDE-MINEDH in gender, Child Rights in school, life skills and related concerns; - Establish contacts with Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health to secure approval of Projects; - Provide Technical support to the Project; And Assist projects in the design, implementation of annual, quarter workplans and preparation of financial reports; - Prepare quarterly monitoring reports for Donors; - Participate in United Nation Agencies (joint UNTEAM Project); - Participate in general and programme staff meetings; - Identify and interpret opportunities/barriers and threats of advisory practices and ensures information transfer to Portfolio Coordinator; - Ensure up to date contextual analysis and interpretation -Develop, expand and maintain effective and efficient (local) networks with relevant stakeholders; -Initiates multi-actor assignments at national level;-Function as the interface between Organization and Client; - Lead assignments & take responsible from start to finish, acting as a Director;-Manage and monitor
