Resumo
I’m Project Manager since 2014 and working as project manager I'm responsible for the overall success of the team, and ultimately, the project. I understand that paying close attention to team dynamics is essential to successfully completing a different type of projects, and I use team-building techniques, motivation, influencing, decision-making, and coaching skills, to keep the teams strong. I integrate all project work by developing the project management plan, directing the work, documenting reports, controlling change, and monitoring quality. In addition, I use to balance the scope, schedule, and cost of a project by managing engagement with stakeholders. On this I rely on strong communication skills, political and cultural awareness, negotiation, trust-building, and conflict management skills. In my career I went through several organizations, where I was able to manage projects and budgets from: Embassy of Canada; Norwegian Embassy; USAID; ECLT; Bill & Melinda Gate; EDCTP... I used to work on projects with different genesis, some of them in Education; Policy; Agriculture; Legal Assistance and Malaria. Now I'm specialized in management of Health Projects.
