I hold a Master's in Development Studies and a Bachelor's in Forestry which, together with over 28 years of professional experience including working for the public, private and Non-Governmental Organization sectors, has given me a solid understanding of natural resource management and Community Based Natural Resources Management thematic areas and approach. My work experience includes implementation of CBNRM in the conservation areas namely in Niassa Special Reserve, Gorongosa National Park and Chimanimani National Park. I led multisectoral teams that implemented projects financed by national and international donors, notably the World Bank, the Swedish Embassy, and the European Union.
