Resumo
Programmatic duties with NTLP Participated in technical assistance in tuberculosis prevention, diagnosis and treatment to the Lesotho Ministry of Health, National TB Programme with the overall aim of ending tuberculosis and multi-drug resistant tuberculosis in Lesotho, within the framework of Collaborative Agreement between the WHO Africa Regional Office and the Ministry of Health of Lesotho and the global End TB Strategy. 1.Served as TB care and treatment lead;Coordinated the collaborative TB/HIV activities . worked as liaison between the NTP and the STI/HIV-AIDS Programme in issues concerning implementation of TB/HIV collaborative activities; 2.Participated in the comprehensive revision of National Tuberculosis Control Programme guidelines ,recording and reporting tools. 3.Developed training toolkit and coordinated nation-wide training to introduce the newly revised tools; 4.Participated in the development of funding proposals for the national Global Fund , World Bank grants. This included, participation in the writing teams, defining and negotiating project performance indicators; 5.Performed complex data analysis to guide TB response and to inform advocacy with partners for additional resources, and resources allocation. 6.Developed training materials for TB, TB/HIV, Child TB and DR TB, and delivered trainings based on identified needs. 7.Provided clinical mentorship for management of TB, TB/HIV, child TB and MDR-TB; 8.Provided technical assistance and guidance for districts levels planning and implementation of TB and TB/HIV activities, supportive supervision and strategic guidance to improve performance based on supervision findings 9.Participated in the development of TB/HIV national guideline and job aids; 10.Participated in the development of National TB Strategic Plan 2018-2023; 11.Provided capacity development for clinical care, through on the job training and clinical mentorship.
