I am a Human Resource Management professional currently working for SNV - Dutch Development Organization as Country HR Manager. I am a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and also a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in the same discipline both from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe. I am currently a PHD or DBA student with Edinburgh Business School of Herriot Watt University (Student Number - 92487-15-12) having completed a Diploma in Business Research and commencing the actual research stage. I have over 16 years of experience as an HR practitioner and Lecturer in Human Resource Management. I have international experience in HRM gained through working for international organizations and participating in cross cultural international interfaces through meetings and conferences.
