Resumo
Carlos is a specialist in development programs, with extensive experience in the area of youth, gender and sexual and reproductive health and rights. He holds a master's degree in Anthropology of Development and Social Transformation and a degree in Economics and Management. He has strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork and extensive technical experience in designing, monitoring and implementing gender and youth development programs in NGOs and UN agencies. His work experience includes project design and management, engagement with various stakeholders such as government, donors, community and religious leaders and politicians, facilitation of youth workshops and trainings, youth needs assessment and gender analysis.
